"Thanks to my driver in Agra, Ankur, and my tour guide, Ravi, I had an amazing time seeing Agra and the Taj Mahal. I was picked up early from my Hyderabad hotel and flown to New Delhi to start the weekend. When the airplane landed, Ankur was there to greet me and took us in a comfortable, air-conditioned sedan for the three-hour drive to Agra. We discussed the region, the countryside, and his life in India as we traveled. I met Raj, my tour guide, at the lunch eatery in Agra. We went to the Taj Mahal, the Agra Fort, and Mehtab Bagh (the Moonlight Garden) during our two days in Agra. Raj would go with me to each monument to give me an overview of the location, highlighting minute aspects and describing the monument's and the neighborhood's rich history. He could also assist with taking pictures, and I could spend as much time as I needed to independently explore the location."
